Color Issues:

Production:

Production may occur both within and outside the USA, and the location cannot be guaranteed for each product.

Design Proofing:

Radiantroomllc will not proofread User designs and will print submitted files as they are. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their designs.

Response Time:

Users are required to respond to information or proof approval requests within three days. Failure to do so may result in Radiantroomllc proceeding at its discretion.

Delays:

Estimated delivery dates are provided on the Radiantroomllc.com site and are based on production-ready orders, excluding holidays and shipping delays. Shipping delays must be addressed directly with the shipping company.

Refund and Returns:

Customers can request a reprint or refund for defective products by contacting [email protected]. Returns must be made within 90 days of receipt, and refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Miscellaneous:

These TOS are binding and governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. They contain the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements. Users may not assign these TOS without prior written consent.

Dispute Resolution:
